When you register / enter competitions on our site, we ask for your name, telephone number(s), home address, email address and in connection with these promotions, prize giveaways or newsletters, we may ask your age or the month and date of your birth.
We do not request that you provide any information that may be considered sensitive personal data. However, in the process of answering your questions or providing you with products and services, you may inadvertently provide us with information that may indicate your racial or ethnic origin (e.g., your skin tone) or health or medical condition (e.g., the condition of your skin). We record and use this information only to help us provide you with better customer service.

How we use your Personal Data
All of the information we collect via our website or through facebook, e-mail or telephone correspondence with you is used to send out your competition prizes / samples, notify you about important changes to our website or services, and constantly improve our service. We may, from time to time, send you information about our products, details of promotions and special offers via email. We give you the option not to be contacted by email regarding special product information or offers.
Other than set forth above, the only circumstances where we may share some of your data with others:

• Although unlikely, we may disclose your personally identifiable information if we have reason to believe that it is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against persons or entities who may be causing injury to you, to Colorsport brands or to others. We may also disclose your personally identifiable information when we believe the law requires it.
• In the unlikely event that our business assets are ever sold to or purchased by another company. (Our data records are part of our business).

We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection, storage and disclosure of personally identifiable customer information.

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. We may charge you a fee to cover our costs incurred in providing you with a copy of your information.

Returns and Exchanges
We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund or exchange within 5 working days from receipt.

If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incomplete, or incorrect delivery, you may return any item for a refund or exchange within 28 working days after receipt. If you are returning the goods owing to defects, incomplete or incorrect delivery we will refund you the price you paid for your goods.  (Exclusive of the delivery charge).  You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us. Please note that we cannot accept returned goods have been used and their fault.

The Returns and Exchange Process
To exchange or refund any goods after the day of delivery can be done by either calling Customer Services on (020 7299 7439).

Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.  In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you.

Please ensure that the returned parcel is properly sealed, and that you have included within the returned parcel the original detached note. We strongly recommend that the parcel be sent by a recorded delivery service, (one that requires a signature upon receipt).

Refund will only be made against the original paypal account used.
