Can I use 24 Hour Eyeliner like my regular eyeliner?
Well it's not a kohl liner which means it won't smudge or wear off during the day, but you can apply the 24 Eyeliner just like you would any liquid or felt tip liner. Don't apply with too much pressure or you'll end up with a very heavy look, just use the tip of the liner to create a thin line and stay close to the lash line for the best effect.
What if I make a mistake when applying the eyeliner?
Don't panic! To clean up mistakes soak a q-tip with a little eye make-up remover and carefully wipe away the unwanted liner. You'll get more confident with the 24 Hour Eyeliner the more you use it. You'll soon be a pro!
How should I remove 24 Hour Eyeliner?
24 Eyeliner won't shift until you want it to. To remove just use your regular make-up remover on a cotton wool pad. Remember to go gently, the eye area is delicate and if you tug and pull at skin too much you'll be encouraging wrinkles to appear.
What colours can I buy?
The 24 Hour Eyeliner comes in Brown and Black, I use both depending on the mood I'm in! Brown is good for day time, work day make-up but I love vamping it up with the Black on evenings and weekends.

Lashes

How long will it take to dye my lashes?
Allow plenty of time and don't start the job if you are rushing out the door for a hot date or job interview! It takes about five minutes to prepare the dye and the eye area, then 10 minutes for the dye to develop and then another couple of minutes to take the dye off. I always allow half an hour to do the job but if it's your first time make sure you've got longer in case of mistakes.
What colour is best for me?
That's a personal choice, but if you are very fair I would recommend Dark Brown, whilst those with darker lashes will love the extra definition that Black will give.
What if I get some dye into my eyes?
Don't worry, if you get any dye into your eyes first gently wipe away excess dye with a damp cotton wool pad. Then wash the eye carefully with cool water until any stinging subsides. Pat your eye dry gently with a clean towel.

If the dye has run into your eyes it's likely that the mixture was too runny, so re-read the instructions carefully. Remember to add a couple of drops of developer to the dye and mix and then keep adding more developer one drop at a time until the mixture is the consistence of thick cream. If it's too runny you have added too much developer and there's a risk of it dripping so start again.
Does the dye stain?
Yes it will stain clothes or bathroom fittings so do be careful not to splash or drip the dye. If you do have an accident wash the area straight away, but staining may still occur. And don't wear your best top when it's lash dye night!!
My lashes don't look darker, what I have done wrong?
The most likely explanation is that you did not add enough developing liquid. You can add up to 10 drops to the dye. Remember to add a couple of drops of developer to the dye and mix and then keep adding more developer one drop at a time until the mixture is the consistence of thick cream. If it's too runny you have added too much developer and there's a risk of it dripping so start again.

Can I use ColorSport when I am pregnant?
ColorSport 30 Day Mascara is safe to use when pregnant but using cosmetics when you are expecting a baby is down to personal choice. Always do a skin sensitivity test before using the product, even if you have done one before as pregnancy hormones can make skin more sensitive. If in doubt ask your doctor or midwife before using.
Can I use my regular mascara as well?
Yes, definitely vamp it up by using your regular mascara over your dyed lashes. Or keep it natural looking and give mascara a miss. Either way, your lashes will be more defined when using 30 Day Mascara.

How do I remove the Eyebrow Definer?
The Eyebrow Definer will stay on all day until you are ready to take it off, your regular make-up remover will do the job.
What if I have a good brow shape but want darker brows?
You can choose between using 30 Day Mascara or the Eyebrow Definer to darken well shaped brows. I would start by using the Eyebrow Definer using light strokes within the shape of the brow to darken them. If you like the effect and want to save time in your make-up routine you could then use the 30 Day Mascara to dye the brows darker.
My brows are really sparse what can I do?
Sparse brows can be a problem because brows are so important to shape the face. You can use the Eyebrow Definer to draw in new brows using soft strokes, varying the length of the stroke to make it look more natural.
How long does the Eyebrow Definer last?
It will last about 8 hours taking you from your morning make-up routine to night time. It won't smudge or run so you can be confident about your make-up even in hot weather.
